Do you offer a loan phone as a service or a favor? Dikeledi told me that there was no loan phones in stock for weeks now at that store and today when I told her that I had spoken to someone hours before miraculously the loan appeared. The Nedcor branch tells me they haven't had loan phoned since their store was broken into last year. I have been having a problem with my device for over a month and no one seems to know know how to help me and have been given the tun around. I finally booked the phone in for a repair and I get conflicting responses on the turnaround time. One agent says 14 days another 30 days. I think that unacceptable.
