I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the Callsure staff members that assisted me with my claim. After the grief of having your phone, the last one needs is to have difficulty with a claim or deal with impatient and unhelpful people but that was the direct opposite for me. I first dealt with Mark and i wish i had got his surname but a big THANKS to him cause i called twice to enquire whether my claim was received and with patience and a friendly voice, he checked both times until it was received. I can imagine they receive quite a few claims and enquiries a day yet he went and sifted through for mine so im greatly appreciative.
I then received a call less than 24hours after I submitted my claim to say it was approved. I dealt with such a chirpy, friendly and super guy by the name of Chris Hurd (not sure if its Hurd or Heard, my apologies) who then gave me my options and even went as far as checking which shops closer to me would have the colour i wanted and my options for delivery as well. A big thanks to Milli also at Grayston who organised for my phone to be delivered to me today free of charge. EVERYTHING was literally finalised in less than 24hours. WOW!!
