Almost 9 months later and my nightmare with 8ta Telkom mobile is not over!!!...
8ta still owe me R249.35 (after everything they have put me through).
I want this money paid to me in full ASAP, for this account to be closed and proof thereof to be sent to me.
I have been the one who has had to follow up on 8ta's incompetence for almost 9 months now. I was never once compensated for any of the inconveniences & losses caused to me by 8ta AND they still have not apologised.
The least 8ta could do is say sorry.
STILL THE WORST SERVICE EVER!
