This company called me and offered me an insurance on the new contract that I got with Virgin Mobile and I refused to take it. The lady said to why not because this is free. I asked her how can it be free. She said because I am loyal customer to Virgin Mobile. I asked her again, how which is this going to cost. She said to me "I just told you that is free". I am now surprised to see them debiting money in my account.
