Ad service as usual

I changed the ownership of my telphone line and there after changed it from prepaid to post paid and since then house phone is dead. Went to telkom several times and they said its an IT department problem. Im still waiting for IT department to sort this out. Its rediculous how disappointing telkom has been. I need a feedback asap.
