Attention all i am writing this just to advise people out there to be aware. In August i cancelled an Internet Contract with 8ta/ Telkom. All seemed ok untill i got a statement showing that we were owed a Credit, i have actually sent three emails and multiple requests to get the Credit paid back to us and guess what NO RESPONSE. Wow one thing i can say is these service providers are very quick to tale their money from you but as soon as they owe you money No One seems to care. I am wandering what to do next i mean its been almost three months and every month like clock work i get the statement but no CREDIT.
What the must one do to get whats owed to them???
OK so to add to this it has now been one day short of a month since i submitted the above, and i am still waiting for feedback from 8ta/ Telkom Mobile. I recieved an automated message to say that i would be contacted shortly and here i sit waiting.
I am thinking its time to take this to every Social Media contact point available and let people know what is happening so they do not have the same issues.
