EVEN MORE PROBLEMS!!!

My phone has already been sent in for repairs with Autopage months ago and I had a lot of problems with them that I have already complained about on Hello Peter. NOW after I finally have already received a quote for the repairs on my phone and after I have already okay'ed that quote, they increased the quote by more than R200 without my acknowledgement!!! I am VERY sure that doing this is illegal! When I phoned Autopage Centurion about this they gave me two other numbers that I had to phone since they said it would take too long if they helped me. I then phoned the other numbers which I believed to be the Autopage care center and Ingrim Midas and complained about the matter on my quote. Both people said they'd get back to me later that day or on the latest the next dat. This has now been three days ago and I still haven't heard from them. I have, however, in the meanwhile received an SMS from Autopage asking me to okay the new quote. IS THIS THEIR WAY OF DOING BUSINES?!? They want to sort the increase in quote out by just making me accept it??? NO WAY!!! I cannot believe what bad service I have been receiving from Autopage in the last few months! I am grossly DISAPPOINTED!!!
