I have two MTN contracts. Both have passed their 2 year period. I have been calling MTN since Monday 25/12/13 and they have been giving me the run around. Everytime I call 808 they say they are transferring me to the cancellation department and then I hold for an hour. I have already called 4 times and have reached my boiling point. Why don't they send an sms if they are having technical difficulties. I am very disgruntled and I feel like they don't want to honour our agreement of termination after 2 years.
