Horrid service delivery

Very disgusted by Mondo Mobile. Pathetic service and incompetent call centre agents have me reconsidering my service provider. I hope Vodacom drops them as an approved dealer.

I was promised an iPad 4 along with a wireless router on a My Gig 2 for R379 per month. The agent contacted me on November 18, regarding my upgrade, after only which the wireless router was delivered on November 22, I fail to see why they cannot check availability of an item before it's sold. I would've not been upset had someone called and advised me that they do not have stock & the delivery would be delayed.

Also upon contacting the call centre on 086 123 6666 (Not free of charge) the call was dropped 3 times before getting a chance to speak to an actual agent, & each time no one seems to know what is going on.

I sincerely hope Vodacom are able to sort things out with this so called approved dealer as I will not be dealing any further with Mondo Mobile.
