I signed up for a new Telkom LTE account in October. The sales person from SellDirect promised me full LTE coverage. I received my device and from Day 1 was unable to get LTE Speeds as promised. I reported the Issue and a technician was sent out to test signal. I have not heard from telkom ever since so I phoned to find out whats the status of my query only to be told that it has been resolved and was closed. The consultant, said she was going to check on something and put me on hold for over 10 minutes which I found was totally unacceptable so I asked to be put through to her manager and surprise surprise, I was on hold again for another 10 minutes so I decided to end the call and come here write a report.
I will see if Telkom has the decency to contact me.
PS: I am going to be cancelling this account if there is no solution to my query as I am paying for a service that i am not receiving.
