Contract Application taking over 3 days???

Killarney - Jennifer & Trainee made me fill in application and made me waited for over 40 minutes only to tell me afterwards that my license will not be sufficient and they do require my ID copy, why was this not communicated from the get go?
Brought my ID Copy to Jennifer yesterday morning and I was told there is a 4 hour turn around time? After 4 hours I was told that the system was 1st offline and 2nd there is a back lock? Whilst I insisted I will hold for Jennifer the gentlemen whom answered the phone was laughing at me because I refused to drop the call, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!

So after NO SERVICE RECEIVED from Killarney, I phoned Cresta whom promised a 10 minute turn around time, only to get there and waited an hour for NOTHING? No phone, no application was submitted, Phoned Cresta now to follow up; I was told George is not in today so they cant help me, then I was told that they don't know where George has places my document? HOW IS THIS NOW MY PROBLEM?

THE SERVICE RECEIVED HAS BEEN SHOCKING, YOU SHOULD SEE HOW CUSTOMERS SAT IN VODACOM CRESTA YESTERDAT LAUGHTING AT YOUT POOR SERVICE
