Incompetent staff and no service delivery at vodac

I took a contract at vodacom Mahikeng where I purchased two iPads I later realized that I am billed incorrectly I reported the matter to vodacom Mahikeng at Mahikeng mall where I spoke to rebaone Lephoi, on the 08 October 2013 Rebaone fax through the compliant I lodged to vodacom support partner, it's been two months waiting for vodacom to resolve this matter I haven't got the solution as yet, I then later spoke to the head office where I spoken to the PA to the CEO whom promised to call me the following day, the following day I waited later I called then I got another lady who told me the PA is on leave and she s
Told me somebody will call me and I never received a call from anybody up until today

I want some help I am going to have to report this to media and to my lawyer because they are defrauding me according to the contract I signed I am supposed o be billed 1257 and they are billing me 1577 helopeter please help me to expose the out of this guys, by Mr Mpho Seero vodacom client
