Incorrect billing & incompetent call center staff

Vodacom has an incompetent call center staff who are unable to help on the simplest of queries. On Sunday morning at 7am I spoke to a very rude call center consultant named Vusi. He was unable to clearly explain the query that I had regarding the incorrect billing of my data contract. He was unhelpful and simply rude. He then transferred me to Itumeleng who said he would log a service request for me. This was not done.
I called again today at 11:50 only to find this matter has not been logged. Batseba has since logged this matter for me.
I am a paying customer! I demand this matter be resolved today before close of business! I will not wait 24hours. I have had countless issues with my contract with you this month from the 1st of Dec and now I am being billed incorrectly!!!
This matter must be escalated for someone to contact me and explain what is happening with this data contract.
