Lets start from the beginning. I did a upgrade on my contract from Blackberry to Samsung Galaxy it took them 3 months to sort out my account, first i did not receive any bills then the second problem is they kept on charging me for the BIS services, why did they not change it when i upgraded. It took them a week to sort this out and i just have to be fine about this, especialy since they sent me the most horrible sms notification during that time.
Also i am getting sms's for bad debt and phone calls from lawyer looking for Sylvia Sam. On inquiring about this i was shown my account details and i was surprized to see more than one account number. The consultant did something on the computer and now only one appears. I want to know now from MTN what is happening to my account.
What really gets to me now is the fact that they take over 30 minutes to answer a call. the service is more than pathetic. I am now considering canceling my contract.
