On the 26 November 8ta nudebt debited R1550 from my account and the payment was only due on the 30th and the due amount was only R1365 . Now they want to suspend my account because the R1550 is not yet reflecting on the system... Nobody at the call centre can give me answer I am overpaid on my account... This is very poor service!!! Question... why can't they get the relevant information from nudebt telkom before they sent treating sms's... this must be a difficult work to do... pathetic. Now I must go and pull statements and email it through to prove my payment, this now will cost me money for their poor service.
