Telkom cannot even service potential new customers

What a sick joke of a company. I called last week Thursday, as I was interested in the R399.00 5gb 5gb deal. Did all the questions, gave permission to do a ITC check on my name, which by the way has an impact on my very good credit score.

The gentleman promised to call me back, to give feedback on the application, he did NOT, not a call nothing, all I got was a sms saying "welcome to Telkom Internet."

I called now, to follow up, and was told they cannot look at my application, cause Telkom is offline. What a bunch of junk false advertising. Now if they already this useless with potential clients, how do they service existing clients.
