In july I received a statement indicating that I bought 2 phones, a BlackBerry and Samsung I immediately contacted Telkom-Moble call centre to query as I did not purchase any phones, a query was logged and thereafter I reported the matter to the Police and faxed an affidavit to Telkom Customer service, this took place during the first week of July and I'm still not assisted, I'm really disappointed. The fact that took place indicate your ignorance, not to mention follow- up, you're very slow. please wake up and help prevent. I urgently need help! I'm receiving statement every month & I'm worried this will ruin my name on ITC.
