I received a statement of account from MTN mentioning I have outstanding arrears, it also mentioned that I have 14 days to comply else it will be forwarded to legal.
9 days have passed when I went into an MTN store in tygervalley Cape Town, they mentioned that my account has already been forwarded to legal, I have to pay further costs because of that and I discovered that I have been billed for months where my phone was cut.
Their legal department's response to this is, they have full rights to do so as stipulated in the contract. They may bill clients for non services rendered.
