Paying more than I should

I've been paying more than I should for the past three months. On the 01 December I phoned MTN customer service to query my account and I spoke to the agent by the name of Thobeka Khuzwayo and she gave me the ref: 106685395. However, I asked her to check why i'm paid more than i should and she told me that i subscribed to mirror company (011 476 7710) and the company charges me for the SMS's they've sent to my number.

I told her i didn't subscribed to any company and she told she cant do anything to reverse my bill. I tried to call the company but their number doesn't exist, actually they don't take any calls from anyone. I found this strange and concluded that MTN create this spam to rip us off and when we report they give us hard time.they dont even wanna re-fund us. I'm tire of MTN and something has to be done.

All I want is my money back and the manager of that stupid Mirror company to call to explain when did i subscribed for those SMS. I'm tired been ripped off by MTN
