Unauthorized billing!!!

I'm subscribed with virgin mobile and for the past two months of January and February a company called [URL Removed] is busy helping themselves with my airtime and money.
I spoke to the virgin active team and was sent to yet another company called Opera telecoms who referred me to these criminals! I'm told I was subscribed to their on line SPRINT MEDIA, which is a BIG lie! They have persistently deducted money from my account daily for the past two months, this, after I suspended it in January 2013 already!!! Which in its self is bull *t because I did not subscribed in the first place. I dont even have a clue as to who they are!?! Went to their "support" website, makes no provision for the "support" they claim. I WANT MY MONEY.
