Unsolicited debits from my cellphone account

I became aware that my cell phone bill was unusually high and started investigating. My service provider made me aware that I was "subscribed to content", which made no sense to me. Upon investigation, I was told that I am subscribed to Wurup. I have received numerous messages from this company, did not know who they were and simply deleted them, not knowing that I am PAYING them!!!

I want proof that I have willingly subscribed to this company's service.

I NEED TO MAKE THIS VERY CLEAR: I AM NOT A CUSTOMER OF WURUP AND NEVER WANT

TO BE ONE!

I want to be refunded for every cent I have paid towards this company! Whoever they are!
