I don't know exactly how, but my phone number got subscribed for a service called Flirtopia. I am getting charged R5 a day for something I did not know about. I would like to know why Altech Autopage allows these charges to go off my account without proof that I have subscribed for these services. When I phoned Altech today, they are passing the blame to a 3rd party company and the call centre agent gave me a phone number for the 3rd party company. But the number continuously rings and no one answered after 10 minutes. I want my money back. I am going to take this up with the Ombudsman.
