I upgraded my contract 2 May 2013 and stayed on same contract. All my unused airtime was deleted at this time. I was also charged for BIS which the store told me would be cancelled. it took 3 calls and 2 months to resolve the overcharge of BIS. However, to date, the deletion of my unused minutes is still not resolved. I logged calls -9 July ref 102895790 for minutes deleted with a very aggressive and rude operator. On 8 August, I tried again ref 101957850 with a pleasant operator named Edwin. On 12 Sept, I tried again and managed to speak to a supervisor, Chanise who promised reolution of the problem. I also wrote to the Ombudsman twice and this also was totally pointless. Is there anybody at MTN who can resolve a problem? In desperation, I am writing now to warn others of the appalling lack of service I have received.
