After the passing of my daughter I sought to retain her cellphone no. and transfer the contract to myself.
I also wished to retain the unused 2, 700 minutes which had been paid for.
Leah at Vodashop Rosebank handled the paperwork and assured me that although I was downgrading the unused minutes would remain intact. This was done during May 2013.
My June 2013 account reflected that no downgrade had taken place as promised.
Gibraltar Makhura whom I contacted at the office of Shameel Joosub (CEO Vodacom) said she would attend to the matter. This call was made to me after an e mail sent to the CEO OF Vodafone U.K
Many e mails later and at a cost to me of R1, 115.21 NO RESOLUTION.
Call made from this no. since the beginning of this dispute---- /-six----minutes used /- 20
The free minutes available as at 29 July 2013----225 minutes and 51 seconds.
My suggestion is that Vodacom be more aptly named VODACON
.
