After complaining numerous time and received feed back and promises ..on Saturday still nothing. Spent an hour on the phone... no joy (please note this after they have promised to activate my service on Thursday that I was struggling to do for almost a week) their excuse on Saturday- it can only be activated once a month... this took them a week to tell me this . (the service didn't' work in the first place)... when eventually on Sunday (new month of course) the service was activated but with the wrong amount...
