I received my phone on Thursday (after complaining to HelloPeter).
I immediately called the call centre who activated my sim and told me that it will take 48 hours at the most (and she confirmed? Saturday it will be activated. I called on Saturday to find out that the activation on Friday failed and it was never resubmitted. I again told them that I needed to phone for work.
I am so irritated with Vodacom. They are competing with Cell C to see who has the worst service and they are winning. I am at this moment not happy that I got a contract with them. If this is how it starts off, then I have no faith.
