Promised a 3 day waiting peeriod for my Cellphone

Hi Nashua,

It is now 2 weeks since I upgraded. Please advise on progress as I haven't received any feedback on when I can expect my phone? If I don't receive it by this Friday I wish to cancel please. As I need a phone asap I will go to another network provider.
