I have now reported the bad reception in my area numerous times. Every time I complain, I get a SMS with a reference number (the last being 3112202602) and that is where the action grinds to a complete halt! The worst part is the request of the call centre to rate their service after the call! I have also reported the problem via the website as well as per e-mail, but up to now, nothing has been done about the problem. I have two contracts with CellC and the ons is up for renewal, but with such service, it will not happen!
