Poor network in Ottery, Promises made nothing done

Hi

My cellc case number is :- 3100600593, I reported the fault to Cellc last year about the network issue in fairways ottery area, I was promised i should see better signal from November onwards it has just goon poorer, This is going on for too long and I want to take Cellc to Ombudsman, I am paying for a service for more than a year and receivig poor or no Service, I dont even get 2G. Cellc never had his problem in the year 2011 -2012. Why now???
