I would like to commend you on excellent service and going the extra mile for clients that you did not need to help nor make much of a profit off, that really goes to show the quality of the Novel Motor Company, it is rare in today's day and age where time can literally be translated to money.
If it was not for the help of Brandon-Lee Stevens (Sales Executive), Rosemary Moolman (Dealer Principle) and Anton Oosthuizen (Business Manager) the successful purchase of our Ford Ranger would not have been possible especially under the circumstances of the purchase.
My wife and I would like to formally thank Brandon, Rosemary and Anton for their exceptional service in this trying time and making sure that the client' best interests are at heart yet at the same time through impeccable problem solving ability making sure we get what we want and what we pay for! I am possibly one of the most difficult clients to have, even spending 9 hours at Brandon's desk making sure that I know what is going on even though they had it all under control! This being my 8th vehicle I have never had such an experience.
