I had my new S4 for less than 2 weeks before it started giving signal problems. I took it in to Keywest Vodacom and spoke to Brandon who was very helpful. When i got it back - it still had the same problem. Brandon advised me to take it directly to Fourways repair centre, which i did. When i got it back a week later IT STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. Do the people at the repair center NOT check that it works!?!? Booked it in again, and collected it a week later... STILL THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
Now here i sit, waiting while it is in for the 4th time for the same problem!! I cannot get a new phone as it is past the 7 day cooling period. It has had a software upgrade, basically all of the inside parts replaced and some other system upgrade.
Why can i not just get a new phone!! This has gone on long enough and in 2 months of having this phone i have used it for a max of 10 days!!! Seriously
