Incorrect billing - poor response

I've had 2 major incidents with MTN Service Provider recently. The first was my 3G wifi account that, for no reason, escalated in the amount due by me as from October 2012. A contract that was meant to oat me R189 cost me from over R400 to R2000 pm. When I queried this with them, hey responded by saying that they found everything to be in order. I requested an itemized billing, which I received after several requests. This billing, however, could not help as it only showed me the usage and not the websites with the usage for me to determine the problem. All these amounts were deducted from my bank account and the matter remains UNRESOLVED!!

The second issue is that I have been billed for subscriptions to Mira Network originating from Indonesia. I've never heard of this company, nor have I subscribed to anything or even given permission for anything to be loaded. I spoke to Kerry today, 22 April, but all she could do was to put in a request to have me unsubscribed. How long that will take I don't know. This account has cost me nothing but heaps of money!!! Absolutely no satisfaction. I'm also paying for blackberry services I've asked to cancel some time back as I now have an iPhone
