In september i bought a phone at vodacom4u in capegate mall, the phone started by battery not lasting not even an hour, when i charge the battery it gets full very quick & when the battery is about 50% low it just switch off without not even noticing that the battery is low, i sent the phone to Vodacom4u & they took it for about 3 weeks & when it came back, luckily i switched it on while i was at the shop & found out that the touch screen buttons at the bottom are not working, they said the battery & LCD screen was changed according to the report from vodacare, what amazed me is that why the phone was not tested to be in working order after it was repaired, they then advised me to take the phone to Samsung in Century city, to avoid waiting another 3 weeks again, i did take the phone to samsung & they said they will look at it & give me a call back, but that never happened, i then decided to go back to samsung, they told me they ordered parts & they will give me a call when its ready, until now i"m still waiting while paying more than R500 on contract for a phone that i don't even have, i have now ran out of patience & i regret the day i took contract with that Vodacom4u :(
