Incompetent people and inadequate service

Despite having a sufficient credit limit vadacom cuts the line every month 2 or 3 days before the end of the month and don't have people or service that can sort out te problem, even spending 2 hrs at a vodashop, the people have a bad attitude and don't know anything about customer service and ar not trained
