Accounts still not sorted out

This is no the third time within 10 days that the account has been suspended. The representative that so calls you is also full promises but nothing comes of it. The SORRIES and apologies are just lip services. Stop lying and sort this problem out and stop trying to blame the customer where the credit department with the Cellc company is incompetent. I will agree if my account was in arrears which is not the case where it is in credit. CREDIT MEANS I OWE NOTHING BUT MEANS THE ACCOUNT IS POSITIVE. WAKE UP CELLC. Start to look after your customers and stop lying to all. When is the owner of CellC going lift his backside and find out what is going on with the company and the sort all the incompetent employees who thing they have the power to play with people's lives. The cell phone is the life line for people. NO MORE SORRIES AND NORMAL REPLIES. Do your work and start performing. No trust any more in the Cellc.
