Unlawfull Deductions from Bank Account

For the last 3 - 4 months mobilmoola has been deducting money ranging from R7 - R300 from my bank account. I have never received a loan or service of any kind from them. I have called them numerous times and also emailed them to stop these unauthorised deductions from my bank account, but without any success. This is very frustrating.
