SUN 20 JAN 2013 - MTN DAY 1: "Hi, i'd like a contract."
...MTN DAY 2: *stand in queue for 20min* "Oh, we are still reviewing your application, you cannot call us, we do not have a phone but [URL Removed] in tomorrow."
...MTN DAY 3: *stand for 20min* "You have been approved, you may collect your phone... tomorrow."
...MTN DAY 4: *stand for 20min* "I'm sorry Sir, here is your new phone, in it's box, but we... cannot give it to you as we are doing stock take, but here is a loan phone" (sign document for loan phone).
...MTN DAY 5: *stand for 20min* (sign document for return of loan phone). "Here is your new phone Sir, we just need to RICA your sim card"... get home, sim card has not been RICA'D!
...MTN DAY 6: *stand for 20min* Return new phone as anti-scratch screen made from 'Helicopter windscreen material' is... scratched. "Let me take your details Sir, i will speak to my supervisor and will call you tomorrow regarding replacing your brand new phone."
...MTN DAY 7: No phone call
...MTN DAY 8: "Hello Sir, please come in today, my supervisor has agreed to replace your phone."
*stand 10min* "Hi Sir, how can we help? " "I was called to collect my phone" "Oooh, we are busy with stock take!!! "
