Efund outstanding - not contacted

On Sept 23, 2013 I contacted 8ta to request a refund on the data contract that expired.
This was done.refno 6722398 - Accno 333642224
However a payment never materialised. I receive a statement with a credit balance. I requested the money to be deposited in my bank account they used for debit order (payments)
I pnoned again on November 8, 2013 and requested the refund to deposit via eft into the bank account. Nothing has been received. Although they tried to contact me, I never received a phone call or email regarding this matter. 8ta you got the bankiong details - please finalise
