AM UNHAPPY CUSTOMER OF MTN, I HAD TWO CONTRACT WITH THEM ONE WAS TAKEN APRIL OTHER SOMEWHERE IN AUGUST, BOTH CONTRACTS ITS FOR 189 AND 159 BUT EVERYTIME I GET STAMENT AM ASKED TO PAY 700 OR 600 AND I DONT KNOW WHY, YESTERDAY CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME TO PAY SOMETHING LIKE 600 N SUMTHING BUT THEY COUNDT TELL WHY I SPOKE TO REGINA WHO TOLD ME THAT I OWE SOMETHING LIKE 500 SUMTHING U CAN SEE WHY AM ANGRY GET DIFFERENT AMOUNT FROM CALL CENTRE AND FROM MY STATEMENT, AND ACCORDING TO HER REASON WHY MY BALANCE ITS SO HIGHER ITS BECAUSE I TERMINATE MY DEBIT ODER BECAUSE TIME WAS USING DEBIT ODER THEY WE DEDUCTING IN ARREARS BUT NOW COS AM DOING CASH PAYMENT AM PAYING IN ADVANCED, BUT TTIME REQUEST TO TERMINATE MY BANK DETAILS NON OF THEM TOLD ME THAT AM SICK AND TIRED OF MTN THIS COMING SATURDAY AM GOING TO PAY 189 PLUS 159 AND I PAID MORE AMOUNT IN SEP AND OCTOBER COS THEY SAID GOT MY SECOND CONTRACT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH, NOW DONT C ANY REASON WHY MUST I PAY, MORE AND IF THIS THING ITS NOT FIXED BY END OF BUSINESS TODAY PROMISE YOU GUYS U MUST CONSIDER MUY COMPLAINT WITH OMBUDS MAN
