After having to make dozens of phone calls and re-explaining the whole story to every person in the call centre Cellc tells me that they will cancel the contract due to an out of box cellphone failure. I was also told that I would not incur any additional costs other than that of calls made. I now get an invoice demanding full payment of the contract!!! once again i have to spend weeks if not months fighting over my consumer rights that they simply ignore. ABsolutely infuriating and incompetent!!!
