As a long time client of MTN im very disappointed in the service im getting I have 2 contracts with MTN I did an upgrade on one of the contracts and I had a query on it contacted them and im still waiting for a response and now they sent me a bill with a ridiculous amount which I also queried and im still waiting for a response they give you this customer care email and you get an automated response telling you about MTN active which way less than helpful and just like the call centre I knock off at 5 so calling is not an option what do I have to do to get assistance maybe I should just return the headset complete the 24 months and cancel both my contract . and I also did an online application and they never got back to me why have that option if you never consider to attend to it even if I don't qualify I would think its professional to let me know.
