I specifically declined insurance and actually made a call after an emal received whereby the call centre agent assured me that the insurance is free for one month, included in the upgrade and that I do not have to make any further calls. After I checked my bank statements, this however is obviously not the case! I am responsible to make calls and try to sort it out. I expect a full refund of all illegal debits, as well as my service fee of R7 per debit order. I purpose the cost of calls is my own problem? This should be illegal and will definitely never use Elite mobile again for any services.
