DO NOT EVER WORK WITH ELITE MOBILE! They misrepresent things over the phone. They put a debit order on my account for funeral cover as well as phone insurance and some sony music thing WHICH I DID NOT AGREE TO! I told the lady on the phone specifically that I do not want any insurance. I had to cancel the music thing for which I did receive a refund. I phoned Elite Mobile and they told me that I have to phone the insurance company and the funeral cover company myself to cancel it. HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN? These people are. I did not agree to any of this! I will never work with Elite mobile again! I phoned to cancel and they told me that they will send in the forms for a refund. I WANT MY REFUND NOW!
