DO NOT MAKE USE OF ELITE MOBILE

Was phoned by Deline from Elite Mobile as I was due for a cellphone upgrade. I was told she is phoning on behalf of Vodacom and she is an upgrade specialist. I received several calls from Deline and they requested copies of my ID and my wife's ID as my wife had to receive the phone. I received the phone and an error message occurred on the screen when I swithched it on.

I was very upset as I purchased a new phone and after the endless calls I received the handset was faulty. The tracking pad on the phone did not work at all. I phoned Elite mobile and spoke to Kelvin who assured me they would rectify the problem. That was after I refused to pay more than R200 for their delivery cost.

About 5 days later my daughter phoned and requested to speak to a manager. I was without a phone for the entire time. Maria refused to allow her to speak to a manager and then said she will not assist my daughter furhter as she was not the acc holder.

I purchased a new phone which was faulty and they treated me as if I was dishonest. They even requested me to pay delivery cost for a faulty product.

I will never make use of Elite Mobile in future. Treated disrespectfully.
