Impossible data usage

I've been struggling with Vodacom for almost a year now, I've called, emailed, went into a store etc but no luck! I have an additional phone for the 'in case' scenario's, this phone is almost NEVER used and always in my office, locked away with a PIN code, I use wireless through Iburst in my office and my home and all our devices connects through Iburst. Yet every couple of months I get huge data charges on this phone. It 's an old Nokia and I have an Iphone with MTN (used every day & data never been over R100), I don't play games and don't surf on my phones. Its hilarious, the phone can be switched off for 3 months but the billing in those 3 months will vary!2012 = 3 April 4.58, 3 Mei 750.97, 3 Junie 116.26, 3 Julie 288.34, 3 Oktober 1 175.15, 3 November 389.70, 3 Desember 209.41. 2013 = 3 Jan 6 757.50, 3 April 4.56, 3 Mei 495.78, 3 Augustus 500.05, 3 September 147.32, 3 Oktober 459.85. BEST is, I can take the SIM out and still get charged for data! Put me on a detector / analyse the phone, DO SOMETING but no, I must just accept it and pay or my other lines get cut! I will NOT renew any of my Vodacom contracts and switching over to another provider!
