I was contacted by a sales rep of Cell C on the 30 Oct 2013. I was offered 5GB of data for R99, which i gladly accepted. The sim card was then delivered to me on the 1st of Nov 2013. On activation of the sim card, i became aware that it was only 2GB of data anytime and 3GB at night. This was not disclosed to me by the sales rep. Had i known, i would not have taken out the contract. I called Cell C on 2 Nov 2013, and till today i am waiting for feedback. I have called everyday since then and they keep giving me excues. My account has been debited and i dont want the contract as i was misled. Can someone who can assist me promptly, without passing the buck around, please contact me asap.
