INCORRECT BILLING- NO ACCOUNT

To who it may be concern,

Last year someone called me and offered a data package to me. with that being said i had endless problems with cell c getting the wrong device and i eventually returned the device with simcard and informed them that i do not want the contract no more to cancel it with out activating any data simcard. whenever i called the customer service department while they do a security check on me they tell me i got 4 contract of I only have 3 that i am aware of. aparently calls were logged to query this and no one has come back to me. The service I get from Cell C is BAD!!! I tried doing my upgrade paid up my 1 Top Up contract and they informed me that the data SIM card was handed over with out any letters, notifications being send to me or any phone calls regarding this DATA contract. HOW can they do this, . i called the call centre to query this and everyone is passing the buck transferring me all over no one can help me. i eventually got hold of a manager by the name of Kelvin ref number: 3082603489 he assisted me and this is out of his hands. he informed me that some supervisor of that department will call me they will follow up. guess what no one called me.
