IS THIS CALLED SERVICE??

After having my car serviced at the dealership, I had queried the state of the vehicle as there was definitely something wrong. I emailed the service manger, and after 3 days have had no response. Last response i got was an automated email reply saying he was out of the office, and would only attend to emails, 4 days later. I then emailed the dealer principle, to get an automated response to say that he would be back in the office on the 27th August and would attend to all emails then.

So who do you contact at the dealership?? Suppose we can't complain about the service at the dealership, as there is NONE. But sure as, the day after you've spent money at the dealership, they have their staff call you for an online survey to 'rate' the dealership and then ask you to give a high score if called by BMW South Africa.

Lets see if i get a response or I will get an automated response???
