I was contacted by Mtn to advise that my handset was due for upgrade, I advised the call centre not contact me as I was not satisfied with the service received by Mtn. Two weeks later my iphone 4s then stopped working and I forced to invetigate the upgrade options, which was explained by Justin Pillay Clearwater Mtn. I explained that I have been a client for over 18 years and have 4 contracts and suggested the possibility of a better deal on the handset requested. No response was received and I emailed Paul for a response. Justin advised that retentions dept. declined a better option and that Tracy Pillay had offered a credit valid for 48 hours which was embaressing to say the least. Justin then escalated the application which was declined yet again for a market related contract. Two weeks later and I am in the process of cancelling all MTN contracts. I was contacted by Tracy advising that I should have dealt with her in the first place, what difference would that have made. My spouse logged a query with Mtn on the 14/02/2014 for a billing query and to date we have received no response. Does Customer Service exist at MTN!!!!!!
