Ever Since I replaced my cellphone, through mtn insurance, and had my sim card reactivated after having to block it, I have been Billed amounts of data I do not know of on my contract.
I have been calling and making enquiries, 3, to MTN since 23 October 2013 and all they tell me is that they are still working on sorting out the problem as the Billing department is backlogged, for 34 days now.
I have had the same contract with MTN which provided me with BIS for the past 4 years and never was charged for browsing the net on my phone. As I am still on the same contract and the only change was the new BB cellphone I do not see why they started charging me and cannot correct this.
The amount is about to be debited on my account again and I cant reverse it because they will block my number for non payment.
